Refund policy

OUR MUST LOVE POLICY -  Return, Refunds & Exchange 

 Not completely satisfied with your order? We’re sad to hear that 🙁

It is of utmost importance that you are over the moon about your purchase, which is why we offer refunds, exchange or a store Credit for the regularly priced item(s) returned to us within 30 days of purchase, this resolution applies if;

  • The item doesn’t fit you,
  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • OR you simply changed your mind.
  • It has not been identified as a 'final sale'. 
  • NOTE: Swim, Vintage and Pre-loved jewelry and accessories are all FINAL SALE items

Please note, once we receive the items our returns team will review and proceed with your store credit provided that the item :

  • is returned within 30 days of purchase
  • is unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup, deodorant, spray tan, etc.)
  • does not have any odor (including, smoke, deodorant, perfume, body odor, air fresheners, etc.)
  • has the original receipt and proof of purchase available
  • tags have not been removed 

The Dollhouse Collection has the right to reject returns beyond the period limit or items are not in the original condition in which they were received. If rejected, we will simply return the item(s) back to you and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by The Dollhouse Collection.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

ONLINE ORDER: Please email us at heydoll@tdhcollection.com, subject line: RETURN for your return label. PLEASE let us know your issue so we can work it out for us both. We will only accept returns booked using our email notification process. All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date. 

FOR GUAM RETURNS: 

Please visit our Micronesia Mall location in Dededo, Guam. The same conditions apply in the review process above. 

WHO WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN MY ORDER? If we acknowledge the item is defective, we will pay for the shipping, otherwise the customer will be responsible to pay for the return postage in full.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS? Once our return team receives your item , for in -store return, we'll issue your store credit, refund or exchangeimmediately. If mailed to us, it will take 7-10 business days to process. We'll do our best to move this along. 

ANY CHANCE I CAN GET A CASH RETURN? We will refund in the manner it was purchased, Cash or Card or Gift Certificate.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

For online orders, the store credit will be sent to the same email provided during the return label request . The amount will be confirmed and indicate valid for 12 months so you can shop anytime before then.

 FAULTY RETURNS: WHAT IF I LOVE MY ITEM BUT RECEIVED IT DAMAGED?

We treat every order you trust in us with care and love to make sure it is in the very best condition when it’s delivered to you. However, in the unlikely case we delivered a faulty item, we will happily provide you with a replacement, store credit or full refund IF:

  • the item is unworn and original condition with all the tags still attached
  • We are notified 14 days from the delivery date via our heydoll@tdhcollection.com email , SUBJECT LINE RETURN within 14 days of receipt, photo(s) of the item damage and a brief description. Our guest services team will assess before the item is returned.
  • You may also visit our store in the Micronesia Mall

 
IF MY REFUND FOR A FAULTY ITEM IS APPROVED, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? All refunds are processed back to their original payment method and may take 5-7 days. Thank you for your patience during this period, we want to make sure we get it right for you. If you happen to be in Guam, we can take care of the process even sooner.
